ECO-SPIN
ECO-SPIN is a machine component that consists of at least one so-called reaction chamber.A “piston” moves up and down in a magnet field (axial) at a more or less high speed, just as required. When a certain quantity of fuel is introduced into the reaction chamber at a certain pressure (in correlation with the respective fuel requirement of the engine), the piston is moved to “OPEN”. Due to and in correlation with the pressure and counter-pressure, more or less large ring gaps form through which the fuel is pressed. The flow channels leading to the ring gaps are designed in such a manner that a slight vacuum develops in the system compelling the fuel to evaporate early on. Small gas bubbles start to form, which are also injected into the combustion chamber of the engine and prompt what is known as “flash boiling”. Piston stroke and rotation also influence flow speed, dwell time and mixture of the fuel. |
